Check Out how these parents and children slayed Agbada!

AGBADA!!! There is a feeling of authority, confidence and power on a man wearing this traditional wear.

As Africans, Nigerians especially, the Agbada is a trademark, it’s a way of differentiating the rich and classy man from others.
However, that is even changing now, because both male and females rock the attire now. It can be sewn with different fabrics, Ankaras, lace, aso-oke, guinea etc.

 Dashiki’s, Buba and Sokoto and Agbada are great pointers. Tracing our history as Africans, this item is only worn by our rulers, chiefs and anybody in a powerful position. During those times, you cannot just wear Agbada to the farm or to a function. It was left for the rich and the royal family. Modernisation however has changed matters. Every man is a man of calibre, power and authority in his own little way. The Agbada then, was only worn to functions and but even now the president wears it to conferences and meetings outside the country.

Check out how adorable families rock agbada in different ways:

They are really adorable...

Add zest and poise while in SUITS.

The right suit can give you the edge in business, says Andrew Ramroop, MD of Saville Row tailor Maurice Sedwell

First impressions count. A sharp suit can be the difference between sealing the deal or losing a potential customer .
Despite the increasing popularity of the smart-casual look, many still rely on the suit to make a smart impression.

Andrew Ramroop, managing director of Saville Row tailor Maurice Sedwell, says that when buying a suit, the first thing you should do is make sure it fits around the neck.

Unless you are actually going to get fired for not showing up in one, there are five types of people who wear suits:
1) Lads on work experience;
2) Men of flamboyant nature who enjoy the opportunity to peacock;
3) Bosses;
4) Old-skool older dudes;
5) Fools.
There’s nothing wrong with over-dressing when you’re on work experience, because you can always correct it on day two and nobody begrudges a nervous youngster showing up in his charcoal Top Man suit. And if you are the sort of guy who really loves dress-up for its own sake and takes delight in fashion and tailoring, then good luck to you.
Bosses, well, they have to do their bossy things, such as kissing up to bigger bosses and carrying out the other major function of a boss, which is to lay people off, usually old-skool older dudes.

This is part of the reason that corporate men favour the suit, in that it acts as a shield, or a kind of armour: if everyone dresses the same, it’s easier to dehumanise them and move them around like numbers on a spreadsheet.
Once upon a time, you went to work somewhere with the expectation that, although expected to tug your forelock and die with your boots on, you would be somewhat looked after with a measure of job security. The office suit was the uniform, the badge of that pact. Why wear the uniform of organisations that look upon you as nothing more than cannon fodder?
So if you’re wearing a suit and you’re not a workie, a show-off, a boss or an old dude, you’re in category five: a fool. You think a suit makes you smarter, more confident, more business-like. It doesn’t. It makes you a cog in a machine, a sheep in TM Lewin’s clothing. There is no career, there is no company, there’s just exploitation and then the eventual scrapping. Might as well get shafted in comfortable clothes..
Great day y'all!
